SR 133 closure scheduled for culvert replacement

Clinton County (Wednesday, July 13, 2016) – Culvert replacement requires closing State Route 133 just south of Nauvoo Road next week.

Beginning Monday, July 18 at 7 a.m., SR 133 will be closed for five days and reopen at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, July 22.

The detour includes S.R. 730, S.R. 350 and S.R. 132.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure. All work is dependent upon weather.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
