SR 222 Closed for 30 days beginning June 6

 
SR 222 Closure Begins June 6
                                  
Clermont County (Monday, June 6, 2016) – State Route 222 will be closed for 30 days beginning today, Monday June 6 for slide repair on the west side of SR 222 just north of U.S. Route 52 at approximately .8 mile marker.
 
The detour will use SR 222, SR 133, and SR 52.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure. All work is dependent upon weather.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
