SR 28 signage/pavement work complete

State Route 28 signage/pavement work complete

Clermont County (Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016) – On Saturday, Oct. 29, ODOT crews completed signage and pavement marking changes on westbound State Route 28. This allows for a third westbound through lane/turn lane starting at Woodspoint Drive and ending into the right turn only lane on Buckwheat Road.

The change increases capacity and reduces backups on SR 28, which will also improve safety. Please be cautious and allow extra time for drivers to become familiar with this new pattern.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through a work zone.

For ongoing traffic, construction and weather-related information, please check www.OHGO.com.
