State Route 48 closures in Warren County begin July 6
Warren County (Tuesday, July 5, 2016) – Traffic signal work requires closing SR 48 at two locations.
Beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, the southbound lane of SR 48 will be closed at Dwire/Winding Road until approximately 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 6.
Beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 7, the southbound lane of SR 48 will be closed at Ridgeview/Saddle creek Road until approximately 12 p.m.
Traffic will be maintained. Work is weather contingent.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure. All work is dependent upon weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
