State Route 503 Detour Begins June 6
 
Preble County (Tuesday, May 31, 2016) – Culvert replacement requires closing State Route 503 just north of Quaker Trace Road June 6.
 
Beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, June 6, SR 503 will be closed between SR 744 and SR 725 until approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 10.
 
SR 503 traffic will be detoured using SR 744, SR 122 and SR 725.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and road closure.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
