SR 562/I-71 ramp and lane closures

 
State Route 562 ramp closure/I-71 lane closures
 
Hamilton County (Friday, July 22, 2016) – Bridge painting requires closing the ramp from eastbound State Route 562 to southbound Interstate 71 beginning tonight.
 
Beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, July 22, the ramp from eastbound SR 562 to southbound I-71 will be closed until 6 a.m. Monday, July 25. The ramp will also be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, July 29 until 6 a.m. Monday, August 1.
 
Traffic will be detoured to northbound I-71, up and over the Kenwood Road exit, to southbound I-71.
 
Also, bridge painting will require closing the right lanes of southbound  I-71 at SR 562 from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., the weekends of July 22 and July 29.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the work zone, ramp and lane closures.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
