State Route 126 closure scheduled for railroad
work
Butler County (Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017) - Railroad work requires closing State
Route 126 2.8 miles west of SR 748 for five days beginning Monday, Sept. 18.
SR 126 will be closed
between Race Lane and Southwyn roads from approximately 7 a.m.
Monday, Sept. 18 until 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22. Traffic will be detoured using
SR 748 and SR 129.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
