State Route 129 Resurfacing and Bridge Repair
project update
Butler County (Thursday,
April 11, 2019) - The State Route 129 resurfacing and bridge repair
project requires the following restrictions next week:
Monday, April 15 through Friday, April 19: Bridge work on SR 747 over SR 129 requires shoulder closures
on SR 747 daily from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The
shoulder closures will be removed when no work is taking place.
In addition, lane
closures adjacent to the shoulder closures will be in effect Wednesday, April
17 and Thursday, April 18 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Traffic will be maintained.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the work zone and restrictions. All work is
contingent upon the weather.
To ensure the safety of
the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should
remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing
through the work zone.
