State Route 131 closure
scheduled to begin June 12
Clermont
County (Wednesday,
May 24, 2017) – Culvert work requires closing SR 131 between Deerfield and
Buckwheat roads for culvert replacement beginning Monday, June 12.
Beginning
at 7 a.m. Monday, June 12, SR 131 will be closed until approximately 3 p.m.
Friday, July 7. The detour will use SR 131, SR 132, SR 28 and Buckwheat Road.
Arrow
boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone
and road closure.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through a work zone.
