REMINDER
State Route 134 lane closures/lane width
reduction
Clinton County (Friday, Aug. 4, 2017) - Bridge work requires various
lane closures and width restrictions on State Route 134.
Beginning at 7 a.m.
Monday, Aug. 7, SR 134 will have a lane closure with temporary signal at the
bridge over Cowan Creek, just north of Harland Drive to just south of Ireland
Drive. The lane width will be reduced to 11 feet.
In addition, beginning
at 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 7, SR 134 will have a lane closure with temporary signal
at the bridge over Todd Fork, north of Orchard Road to south of Dwiggins Road.
The lane width will be reduced to 11 feet.
Traffic will be
maintained with temporary signals and the closures and width restrictions will
be complete on Wednesday, Sept. 6. All work is weather dependent.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
