State Route 222 closure scheduled for culvert
replacement and embankment repair
Clermont County (Friday, March 9, 2018) - Culvert replacement and
embankment repair require closing State Route 222 beginning Monday, March 19.
SR 222 will be closed
one mile north of U.S. Route 52, just south of Reed Road, from 7 a.m. Monday,
March 19 until 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 23. The detour uses U.S. 52 and State
Route 133.
Arrow boards and/or
signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
