State Route 232 closure scheduled

State Route 232 closure scheduled for culvert replacements

Clermont County (Friday, April 14, 2017) – Replacing three culverts requires closing State Route 232 beginning Monday, April 17.

Beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday, April 17, SR 232 will be closed between Big Indian and Ginn roads through approximately 3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 22. The culverts are located on SR 232 at Joseph’s Run Road, Jacob’s Run Road and Ireton Trees Road. The detour uses U.S. Route 756 to SR 222.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and road closure. All work is dependent upon weather.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
