State Route 48 closure scheduled for culvert replacement
Warren County (Wednesday, April 26, 2017) – Culvert replacement requires closing State Route 48 1,000 feet south of Stephens Road, for five days beginning Monday, May 8. Access to Stephens Road will be available from the north, but there will be no access to Stephens Road from the south. There will be access to Hildebrant Drive and Regency Park Boulevard from the south.
Beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday, May 8, State Route 48 will be closed until approximately 3:30 Friday, May 12. Traffic will be detoured using SR 28, Interstate 275 and U.S. Route 22.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the work zone and road closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
