U.S. Route 68 scheduled for culvert replacement
Clinton
County (Friday, July 28, 2017) - Culvert
replacement requires closing State Route 68 for five days beginning Monday,
July 31.
Beginning at 7 a.m., SR
68 will be closed just north of Jonesboro Road and south of the
Indiana Ohio railroad until 3:30 p.m. Friday, August 4.
The detour will use
SR 28 and SR 123.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and road
closure.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
