State Route 729 full closure scheduled for culvert replacement

Clinton County (Monday, Sept. 10, 2018) - Culvert replacement requires closing State Route 729 between U.S. 22 and SR 72 beginning Monday, Sept. 17.
SR 729 will first be closed south of Darbyshire Road in Richland Township from 7 a.m. Monday, Sept. 17 until approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21.
Local traffic will be maintained but through traffic will be prohibited. The detour uses U.S. 22 and SR 72.
Arrow boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and full closure. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
