State Route 744 closure scheduled today for rail
repair
Preble County (Friday, Feb. 23, 2018) - Due to a broken rail, State
Route 744 will be closed between County Route 227/North Main Street and U.S 127
from 12:30 p.m. until approximately 3 p.m. today for repair. Please follow
posted detour signs.
Arrow boards and/or
signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
