State Route 744
road closure scheduled for culvert replacement
Butler
County (Monday, May 14,
2018) - Emergency culvert replacement requires closing State Route 744
beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, May 16.
SR
744 will be closed approximately 0.26 miles east of Wayne Trace Road. The
detour uses U.S. Route 127, SR 73, and SR 503.
SR 744
will be open to traffic by approximately 3 p.m. Friday, May 18.
Arrow
boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work
zone and road closure. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the
traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and
watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
