SR 749 closure scheduled for culvert work
Clermont
County (Wednesday, July 15, 2015) – State Route 749 will be closed for five days for
culvert replacement work beginning Monday, July 20.
The
closure will be located on SR 749 between U.S. 52 and SR 132. Eastbound SR 749 traffic
will be detoured to south U.S. 52 to north SR 132; westbound SR 749 traffic
will use the reverse detour.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming full
closure.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through a work zone.
