State Street lane restrictions scheduled

Hamilton County (Wednesday, March 30, 2016) – Widening of State Street between Campbell Road and Broadway Street requires lane restrictions beginning Monday, April 4. Work on this project takes place in the city of Harrison, Ohio and the city of West Harrison, Indiana.

Weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., traffic will be shifted to the east side of State Street, with one lane of north and southbound traffic maintained. During this phase of construction, work will take place on the west side of the street, which is located in the city of West Harrison, Indiana.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane restrictions.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
