Third Lane Set To Open On Eastbound S.R. 32
Lebanon (Friday, September 20, 2019) - Paving work along eastbound
State Route 32 in Clermont County has been completed, and the new thru
lane is ready to be opened to traffic.
Contractors for the
Ohio Department of Transportation will open a third thru lane in the
eastbound direction between Glen Este-Withamsville Road and Olive Branch
Stonelick Road today, September 20, and restrictions should be lifted by
mid-afternoon.
The addition of
the third lane is part of several, multi-phase projects to improve
the overall local transportation network between the I-275/SR 32 interchange
and Old SR 74/Shayler Road intersection, as well as to provide safety and
accommodate capacity.
Other ongoing projects
in the area include reconstructing and extending Clepper Lane and upgrading Old
SR 74, and construction for these will continue through 2020.
