I-75 Thru the Valley project update
Hamilton County (Friday, Aug. 4, 2017) - Various nightly lane closures on north
and southbound I-75 between Shepherd Avenue and Glendale Milford Road,
beginning at 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 7 until 6 a.m. the following day, through
Thursday, Aug. 31.
Short-term full
closures on southbound I-75 at the Glendale Milford Road beginning at 12:01
a.m. until 4 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 11. Traffic will be maintained with local law
enforcement officers.
Also, the southbound
lane shift to the west side of the interstate will remain in place until
Thursday, Aug. 31. In addition,
Shepherd Avenue will remain to the south side, just east and west of the
northbound I-75 ramp, until Thursday, Aug. 31.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
