U. S. Route 27 closed for culvert replacement
Butler County (Friday, July 29, 2016) – Culvert work requires closing U.S. 27 beginning Monday, Aug. 1.
U.S. 27 will be closed at Booth Road from 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1 until approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5. Booth Road will remain open.
The detour will use State Route 130, SR 177 and SR 73.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through a work zone.
