U.S. 50 lane closures scheduled

U.S. 50 lane closures scheduled

Hamilton County (Thursday, June 30, 2016) –Installation of a new cross walk on U.S. 50 in Mariemont between Carlton Street and Homewood Road will require lane closures next week.

Beginning Wednesday, July 6, the middle turn lane on U.S. 50 will be closed each week day between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. until early October. Single lane traffic will be maintained by flaggers during the closure hours.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane closures. All work is dependent upon weather.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
