Pavement work requires U.S. 50 ramp
closure

County (Wednesday,
May 20, 2015) – Pavement work will require closing
the ramp from eastbound U.S. 50 (Columbia Parkway) to SR 32/SR 125 Saturday.
Beginning at 7 a.m. Saturday, May
23, the ramp from eastbound U.S. 50 to SR32/SR 125 will be closed until 7 p.m.
The posted detour is U.S. 50 to Red Bank Road to Wooster Road to Beechmont
Circle to Wilmer Avenue, back to SR 32/SR 125.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in
place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming ramp closure.
To help ensure the safety of the
construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain
alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through
the work zone.
