U.S. Route 50 lane closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Friday, Sept. 29, 2017) - Bridge work requires various lane
closures on U.S. Route 50 in the village of Cleves beginning next week.
The right lane of
westbound U.S. 50 will be closed from Cooper Avenue (near Taylor High School)
to State Route 128 beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 2 until 4 p.m. Thursday,
Oct. 5.
In addition, beginning
at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9, the left lane of westbound U.S. 50 will be closed in
the same location until 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13.
Traffic will be
maintained and the lane closures will be lifted over the weekend.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of
the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
