REVISED
U.S. Route 68 scheduled for culvert
replacement
Clinton County (Friday, Aug. 11, 2017) - Culvert replacement requires
closing U.S. Route 68 for five days beginning next week.
Beginning at 7 a.m.
Monday, Aug. 14, U.S. Route 68 will be closed just south of Stewart Road
at SR 251 until 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18.
The detour uses SR 123
and SR 28.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
