Various lane closures scheduled for overhead sign work

Hamilton and Warren Counties (Friday, April 22, 2016) – Overhead sign work requires the following lane restrictions next week.

Hamilton County – various moving lane closures in both directions of Interstate 71 and I-275 nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day. Once a sign is removed and/or erected, the lane closure location will change.

When overhead sign work is complete in Hamilton County, the following lane closures will occur one night in Warren County.

Warren County – lane closures in both directions of I-71 near Wilmington Road from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day.

Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers and all work is weather dependent.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
