Various lane restrictions on I-75/I-71

 
Various lane restrictions on I-75/I-71 beginning next week
                                  
Hamilton County (Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016) – Highway lighting maintenance requires lane closures on Interstate-75/I-71 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day beginning next week.
 
Monday, Aug. 8 - southbound I-75 will have restrictions from Sharon Road to just north of State Route 4. Work will begin in the southbound lane and switch to the northbound left lane.
 
Tuesday, Aug. 9 - northbound I-75 will have restrictions from just north of SR 4 to Sharon Road. Work will begin in the southbound lane and switch to the northbound left lane.
 
Wednesday, Aug. 10 - southbound I-71 will have restrictions from just north of Pfeiffer Road to Ridge Avenue. Work will begin in the eastbound lane and switch to the westbound left lane.
 
Thursday, Aug. 11 - northbound I-71 will have restrictions from Ridge Avenue to just north of Pfeiffer Road. Work will begin in the westbound lane and switch to the eastbound right lane.
 
Traffic will be maintained by law enforcement officers. Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane restrictions. All work is dependent upon weather.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
