Wehrman Avenue permanent closure

County (Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2014) – As
part of the Interstate 71/Martin Luther King interchange reconstruction
project, Wehrman Avenue between Kerper and Fredonia avenues will be permanently
closed to traffic Monday, Jan. 26.
Access to Gilbert Avenue from Wehrman Avenue will still be maintained.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming permanent
road closure.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
