Wilmington Road bridge full closure scheduled
Warren County (Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2018) - Bridge work requires closing
the Wilmington Road bridge over Interstate 71 from 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24
through 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27. Upon reopening Monday morning, traffic will be
shifted to the north side of the bridge.
West Wilmington Road
traffic will be detoured onto north I-71 to SR 73 to south I-71; east
Wilmington Road traffic will be detoured onto south I-71 to SR 123 to north
I-71.
Arrow boards and/or
signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and full bridge
closure. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
