Strebee Road to close for bridge replacement
Butler County (Monday, June 15, 2015) – Bridge
replacement work will require a 90-day closure of Strebee Road (Twp. Road 8) in
Madison Twp. at its T-intersection with West Alexandria Road beginning
Wednesday, June 17.
A detour route will be posted.
West Alexandria Road will remain open to
traffic with the exception of a five-day closure to be announced.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road
closure.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
