Adams-41 Culvert Project On Tap Next Week
Chillicothe (Wednesday, November 13, 2013) – State Route 41 in Adams County will be closed one day next week for a culvert replacement project.
On Wednesday, November 20, crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Adams County Highway Maintenance Facility will close S.R. 41 between County Road 6 (Fawcett Road) and Township Road 91 (Murphin Ridge Road) to replace a deteriorated pipe at the 19.99-mile marker.
The closure is scheduled to go into effect at 8 a.m. and continue until approximately 5 p.m., or until all work is completed. While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured via S.R. 32 and S.R. 247 at West Union.
