Chillicothe - State Route 770 in Adams County will be closed again today, March 18, for a culvert replacement project
Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Adams County Highway Maintenance Facility will close the route at the 8.54-mile markers, just north of County Road 15 (Louisville Road) at May Hill. This is the last such scheduled project in which crews have been replacing a series of 20 culverts in preparation for an upcoming resurfacing project.
Weather permitting, the closure will be in effect from approximately 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and while the route is closed, traffic will be detoured via state routes 73, 41, 32 and 247.
