Adams-781 Culvert Replacement Project Scheduled
Route Subject To Three-Day Closure Next Week
Chillicothe (Tuesday, August 04, 2015) – A culvert replacement has been scheduled for state Route 781 in Adams County next week, requiring a three-day closure of the route.
On Wednesday, August 12, crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Adams County facility will close S.R. 781 at the 2.25-mile marker, just east of its junction with County Road 27 (Steam Furnace Road), to replace a deteriorated culvert.
The route will be closed beginning at approximately 8 a.m. Wednesday, and it will remain closed until 4 p.m. Friday, August 14. While it is closed, motorists will be detoured via S.R. 41, S.R. 125 and S.R. 348.
