All Routes Now Open Following Flooding
Chillicothe (Friday, March 19, 2010) – All routes that had been closed in Scioto County due to flooding and backwater from the Ohio River are now open to traffic.
State Route 73 southbound exit to Portsmouth and state Route 239 at West Portsmouth are now open to traffic. Other sections of state Route 73 and the Second Street Bridge at the western corporation limit of Portsmouth were reopened yesterday.
