Adams County – ADA-32-9.92 (PID: 95271) – The proposed project is a culvert replacement on state Route 32 in Oliver Township. The project calls for replacing the existing metal pipe that is situated at the route’s 9.92-mile marker over West Fork Ohio Brush Creek with a concrete box culvert. Some small trees and bushes will be removed as part of the roadway reconstruction portion of the project; however, none of the trees have habitat for the federally endangered Indiana Bat. In addition, the project will not require new right of way, and no homes or businesses will be removed by the project.
Pike County – PIK-TR224-0.18 (PID: 93982) – The proposed project is a culvert replacement over Kincaid Creek on Township Road 224 (Shoemaker Road) in Mifflin Township. Some trees will be removed as part of the project; however, none of the trees have suitable habitat for the federally endangered Indiana Bat. The project will need approximately 0.137 acres of permanent right of way and approximately 0.31 acres of temporary right of way; however, no homes or businesses will be removed by the project.
