ADA-136-23.12 (PID: 91602) – The proposed project is to replace the structure at the 23.12-mile marker over Maple Run on state Route 136, approximately two miles south of the Adams-Highland County. The existing culvert is a single-span, timber deck bridge, and it will be replaced with a 14’ X 6’ pre-cast box culvert. The project will require approximately 0.244 acres of permanent right of way; however.
No homes or businesses will be removed for either project, and no trees that have habitat for the federally endangered Indiana Bat will be removed. Currently, both projects are scheduled to sell in October 2016, and both may require a closure of the route for the work to be completed.
