Comment Period Open For HIG-321 Bridge Rehab
HIG-321-7.87 (PID: 98013) – It is proposed to rehabilitate a bridge on S.R. 321, between C.R. 61 (Wildcat Road) and T.R. 343A (Mills Road), in White Oak Township. Situated over a tributary of the East Fork White Oak Creek, the existing corrugated metal pipe arch structure was constructed in 1964 and will be lined with an 11’ 8” by 6’ 11” corrugated metal pipe arch. No new or temporary right of way will be acquired for the project, and no habitat for the federally endangered Indiana bat and the federally threatened northern long-eared bat will be removed.
Issues the public may wish to comment on include the effect on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or cultural resources. Written comments should be submitted by May 16, 2016, or the deadline date that is posted on the web site, to:
