Comment Period Open for S.R. 221 Landslide
Chillicothe (Friday, October 25, 2019) – As part of the Ohio
Department of Transportation – District 9’s Planning Department, the
district’s Environmental Office is seeking public input for a landslide remediation
project in Brown County.
(PID: 96804) - It is proposed to
perform a landslide remediation project on SR 221 at the 6.80 mile mark in
Brown County. The project includes pavement repair and installation of plug
pile retaining walls and guardrail. The project is located in a rural area of
