Crews Scheduled For Culvert Project
Adams-41 To Be
Chillicothe (Thursday, June 12, 2014) – Crews
from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Adams County Highway Maintenance
Facility are scheduled to undertake a one-day culvert replacement project on
state Route 41 next week.
On Tuesday, June 17, crews
will close S.R. 41 between County Road 6 (Fawcett Road) and Township Road 91
(Murphin Ridge Road) to replace a deteriorated pipe at the 20.20-mile marker.
The project site is situated approximately three miles south of the route’s
junction with S.R. 781.
The closure is scheduled
to go into effect at 8 a.m. and continue until approximately 8 p.m., or until
all work is completed. While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured
via S.R. 32 and S.R. 247 at West Union.
