Project On Tap At Scioto Trail State Park
Chillicothe (Thursday, May 1, 2014) – A two-day
culvert replacement project will take place later this month at the entrance
to Scioto Trail State Park in Ross County.
On Tuesday, May 13, crews
from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Ross County Highway Maintenance
Facility will close S.R. 372 at the entrance to the park in order to replace
a culvert that is situated between U.S. Route 23 and North Ridge Road.
The closure is scheduled
to go into effect at 8 a.m. Tuesday and continue until 3 p.m. Wednesday, May
14, or until all work is completed. While the route is closed, motorists will
be detoured via U.S. 23 to Township Road 199A (George Hollow Road), which
connects to Park Road 4 and County Road 199 (Stoney Creek Road).
