Projects On Tap For Adams-41
Route Subject To Daytime Closure This
Chillicothe (Monday, June 23, 2014) – Crews
from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Adams County Highway Maintenance
Facility will undertake a pair of single-day culvert replacement projects on
state Route 41 this week, weather permitting.
On June 25th and 26th,
S.R. 41 will be closed for two separate culvert replacement projects between
T.R. 213 (Smoky Corners Road) and the Highland County line. On Wednesday, the
route will be closed at the 32.89-mile marker and County Road 17 (Conaway
Road), and then on Thursday, the route will be closed at the 34.45-mile
marker, immediately south of the Adams-Highland County line.
The single-day closures will be in
effect from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day, with the route open to evening and
overnight travel. While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured via
S.R. 124 in Highland and Pike counties to S.R. 32 and S.R. 73.
