Replacement Set For Scioto-772
Route to be closed next
Chillicothe (Monday, June 5, 2017) – A culvert replacement project
is scheduled to begin next week on state Route 772 in Scioto County, requiring a
two-day closure of the route effective June 15.
S.R. 772 will be closed at
the 2.37-mile marker, approximately two miles north of Rarden, while crews from
ODOT’s Scioto County Highway Maintenance Facility replace a deteriorated
The work site is located
between T.R. 76 (Hackworth Hill Road) and C.R. 32 (Bear Creek-Rarden Road), and
crews are scheduled to begin Thursday, June 15, closing the route at
approximately 8 a.m.
While the route is closed,
motorists will be detoured via S.R. 73 and S.R. 32, and all work is scheduled
to be completed by 4 p.m. Friday, June 16.
