Culvert Replacement Scheduled Next Month
Ohio-104 Slated For Two-Day Closure
Chillicothe (Thursday, July 22, 2010) – Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Pike County Highway Maintenance Facility will undertake a two-day culvert replacement project on state Route 104 early next month.
On August 10th and 11th, crews will be replacing a deteriorated culvert located at the 3.41-mile marker, just south of County Road 28 (Loys Run Road). Weather permitting, the route will be closed at 8 a.m. Tuesday, and the closure will remain in effect continue through the end of the business day (or approximately 4 p.m.) Wednesday, August 11.
While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured by way of state Route 348 and U.S. Route 23.
