Culvert Replacement Slated For Highland-134
Route To Be Closed The Week of June 1
Chillicothe - Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation Highland County Highway Maintenance Facility will undertake a culvert replacement project on state Route 134, forcing a weeklong closure of the route.
During the week of June 1, crews will be replacing a deteriorated culvert located at the 5.26-mile marker, just north of the route’s junction with state Route 138 at Buford and south of Township Road 406 (Rosselott Road).
Weather permitting, the project will begin Monday, June 1, and continue through Friday, June 5, with the route closed to all traffic throughout the week. While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured by way of state routes 138 and 131.
