Daytime Ramp Closure Scheduled Next Week
Project Part Of U.S. 23 Resurfacing In Ross County
Chillicothe (Thursday, April 25, 2013) – As the resurfacing and rehabilitation project on U.S. Route 23 in Ross County comes to a close, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will impart restrictions next week at the off-ramp at the Main Street exit.
On Tuesday, April 30, crews will close the off-ramp from northbound U.S. 23 to Main Street in order to repair lighting at the Main Street/U.S. 23 interchange. Crews will close the ramp at 7 a.m., and the closure is scheduled to be in effect until noon.
Throughout the morning, traffic will be detoured via Eastern Avenue and Bridge Street to Main Street. While all work is expected to be completed by noon, completion of the project will be contingent upon the weather.
