Chillicothe (Saturday, May 21, 2016) – With operations in full swing throughout the Southern Ohio Veterans Memorial Highway corridor in Scioto County, additional restrictions will be imparted on County Road 31 (Slocum Avenue) later this month.
On Tuesday, May 31, Slocum Avenue in Portsmouth will be subject to single-lane restrictions for embankment placement and mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall construction for Bridge 5 over Slocum Avenue.
