Guardrail Repair Project Set To Begin On Marietta Road
Chillicothe (Friday, August 7, 2015) – Contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Ross County Engineer’s Office will undertake a guardrail improvement project on County Road 235/240/241, with restrictions going into effect next week.
As weather permits, crews from PDK Construction Company will be replacing guardrail at various locations on Marietta Road. Throughout construction, traffic will be maintained with the aid of flaggers, arrow boards or temporary signals when crews are at work.
PDK Construction of Pomeroy, Ohio, was awarded a contract in the amount of $272,356 to replace the guardrail, and the project is scheduled to be completed in late October.
