ODOT Crews Schedule Pike-335 Culvert Replacement
Four-Day Closure On Tap Later This Month
Chillicothe (Tuesday, August 6, 2013) – A culvert replacement project on state Route 335 in Pike County has been scheduled, requiring a four-day closure of the route later this month.
During the week of August 19, S.R. 335 will be closed just north of the village of Stockdale while crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Pike County Highway Maintenance Facility replace a deteriorated culvert at the 1.19-mile marker.
The project site is situated between County Road 71 (Stockdale Road) and County Road 114 (Posey Ridge Road), approximately 1.2 miles north of the Pike-Scioto County line.
The closure is scheduled to go into effect at approximately 8 a.m. Monday, August 19, and it will remain in effect until 4 p.m. Thursday, August 22, or until all work is completed. While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured by way of S.R. 776 and S.R. 32.
