Ross-772 Culvert Project On Tap Next Week
Chillicothe (Friday, August 23, 2013) – State Route 772 in Ross County will be closed two days next week as part of an ongoing series of culvert replacement projects.
On Tuesday, August 27, crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Ross County Highway Maintenance Facility will close S.R. 772 between County Road 163 (Valley Road) and Township Road 297 (Easterday Road) to replace a deteriorated pipe at the 2.96-mile marker.
The closure is scheduled to go into effect at 8 a.m. Tuesday and continue until 4 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, or until all work is completed. While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured via C.R. 167 (Blain Highway), U.S. 23 and S.R. 220 at Waverly.
